Vacation rentals with a patio in Soliman

The two of us stayed in the accommodation for a week and we enjoyed it very much!! The location is great and the area very safe and quiet :) The place was also very nice and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. In general, the accommodation offers a nice quiet retreat that exudes a really nice atmosphere. Amen, the host, was always easily accessible and answered all possible questions quickly and reliably! So a real recommendation 🫶🏼

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The underground parking was a plus and made things really convenient. Aymen was a very respectful and responsive host. I definitely recommend this place, and would book it again!

Hanane is a very welcoming host, the accommodation was very clean, faithful to the photos, well located and very well-equipped. The apartment is a 12-minute drive from the airport which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to guests looking to explore Tunis. We'll be happy to go back.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

Spacious apartment in a great location in La marsa. The neighborhood is lively and friendly, it's easy to get to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. We enjoyed our stay at Asma's place!

Youssef’s place was nothing short of spectacular. The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout, with lovely art pieces and beautiful furniture. It was also spotless and quiet. Communication with the host and the host’s assistant was flawless. Youssef’s assistant was extremely polite and helpful. The area is beautiful, full of shops and cafes within a few minutes. I highly recommend visiting and staying here.

We had a lovely stay at Youssef's. He is a great host, always available and not eager for advice. The apartment is as described and was clean and tidy when we arrived. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet (except for a few stray dogs, which sometimes make a little noise), it's pleasant to live there. Recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Moncef's, the proximity to the sea is very nice! The apartment is spacious with our two children. A favorite for the garden turtles, which were very much appreciated by the kids.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place is absolutely lovely, peaceful, spacious, and so well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean and had a real sense of comfort that made it feel just like home. Having lived in Sidi Bou Said before, this stay brought back that same cozy, welcoming feeling. Melik was an outstanding host kind, respectful, and always available to help or answer any questions. Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!
