In absolute calm, at the edge of the Perche state forest and surrounded by meadows occupied by horses, the house overlooks on one side a wooded park and on the other a garden with a secure outdoor swimming pool heated from May to September. The house is 10 min from Mortagne, 30 min from Bellême, 2h from Paris and 15 min from the Aigle train station. Great for a family vacation!

On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.
