Large, ventilated and bright two-room apartment, open on three sides, located on the second and last floor without an elevator in a small condominium in the town center. Gamboa Park is 50 meters away, featuring children's games, an outdoor gym, and relaxation areas with benches and gazebos in the greenery. Quargnento is the birthplace of the painter Carlo Carrà, and is home to the only Basilica in the entire Alexandrian diocese. The Monferrato area is just a few minutes' drive away.
