The house is exceptional. I've stayed in some houses in Águas da Serra and this is the best. Everything is very clean and organized. The house is spacious, (even the photos don't show how spacious the house is), quite airy, the beds are top quality, hot water in the faucets and showers, making the stay very comfortable. Several positive surprises happen during the stay due to the details of the house. The location is quiet and guarantees privacy, which sets the house apart from other options on the platform. I intend to return without a doubt!

Netyechen is a very friendly and helpful young woman. We were located in the center of the city, as the GPS did not lead us to the accommodation. The chalet is very welcoming, clean, ventilated, overlooking a green area and close to the center, corresponding to the photographs shown in the app. Our stay was great and we would return other times to Netyechen's house.

We loved staying at João Ricardo's property. Beautiful, very clean, comfortable and very well located. Super recommended. The owners are very attentive and gave us many tips about the city. Bananeiras is a charming historic city with rich cuisine and great activities. We especially enjoyed visiting the surrounding mills, the Divino Casarão Restaurant and the Lajedo Preto. Wonderful place. I want to go back already!
