We offer you a newly built Schwaderbach Apartment in the heart of the rugged mountains in the small mountain village of Bublava. The apartment is part of a family house, however it has its own entrance and terrace. There is an entrance to the terrace from the parking lot, which is located right next to the house, and from the balcony door in the kitchen and living room. On the terrace there is an outdoor seating area, the possibility of providing a grill. From the terrace you have a view directly over the meadow, where horses and forests are often grazing, from this side you can see the sunset beautifully.

A pleasant family-type accommodation in the picturesque surroundings of the village of Bublava for 4-11 people. The location of the house is an excellent starting point for trips, skiing, hiking, cycling and picking forest fruits in the surrounding forests. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pernínek. A few meters from the train station, a few meters from the ski slope and a few meters to the bike trails or cross-country trails and overlooking the Krušné hory hills. 15 minutes by car to the Klínovec Ski Resort, 5 minutes from the Plešivec Ski Resort. 15 minutes drive to the swimming pool or sauna world in Jáchymov. The apartment is fully equipped. Our cottage is an ideal place to spend an active holiday, but also for relaxation and trips with the family. In summer, you can go cycling, hiking, picking forest fruits, or exploring the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local ski lift, the artificially snow-covered ski resort Bublava - Stříbrná is nearby. There is peace, quiet and tranquility.

All the equipment is brand new - from quality mattresses to appliances. Of course, there is a pleasant atmosphere, emphasis on cleanliness and comfort.

The apartment has an above-standard large lockable ski/bicycle room that can accommodate up to 4 bicycles and is also equipped with a ski dryer.
