Everything is super and as described. Small playground just across the street. Kitchen well equipped. Gas stove + electric oven. In addition to the descriptions, it is best to ask in person how it works beforehand. Martina always responded to us quickly.

Dear Petra, Your apartment in Bublava was just perfect! Absolutely quietly located in a small cottage, it offered a wonderful break from everyday life. The decor was designed with a lot of love for detail, harmonious and extremely cozy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen left nothing to be desired – perfectly equipped for every meal. A real gem for those seeking relaxation in a beautiful setting. We will be happy to come back!

A truly remote but magical place, revived and run by a very hospitable family. The owner cook together with their guests about once in a week, and I was lucky enough to be invited. Definitely well booked (regional school holidays), but the atmosphere was relaxed.

we were captivated and completely satisfied. impeccably clean, beautiful and maximally equipped with accommodations and incredibly kind hosts. all thoughtfully down to the last detail. coffee and tea. we will definitely come back in summer so we can use the pool and hot tub. abovehera. thank you and recommend

It was great to stay and also appreciate her hospitality. Apartment is very clean, spacious and well organised. Location is also very nice very close to Castle. House has full facility for 7-8 persons. We are very grateful to Veronika for her support for everything.

It is a very nice house with clean rooms and an own bath to each room. The house is situated a bit aside of the center above the city, right at the edge of the woods. Perfect for a little walk or big hiking. Very quite in the nights. Monika is very polite and uncomplicated to communicate with. A place, more than worth the small fee per night, that is charged.

Václav&Ilona are amazing hosts who have given us lots of tips (not only) for trips and restaurants. We felt very comfortable here, whatever we needed, they were always helpful. The place was nicely furnished, clean, tidy, with plenty of privacy, plus a rich breakfast with a large selection. Listing is as described and photos - easy to reach by car, quiet, green, with all the amenities advertised. It does not benefit from all the luxury sought after by some, but it is perfect for quiet holidays away from the useless hubbub of the capitals... Take into consideration however that the spiral staircase is really narrow and only allows the simultaneous passage of one person. Climbing a wide suitcase on the floor can be problematic (unpacking on the ground floor will be easier!). Staircase climbs and descents could also be a problem for those with moving problems - it could be too steep. Ludmila is friendly, available and responsive. I will highly recommend the space /location.

An indoor swimming pool is framed by elegant lighting and decorative wall motifs. Curved steps lead into the water, while adjacent relaxation areas feature two white loungers. A small heated jacuzzi is visible in the corner, enhancing the serene environment.

A very spacious, clean, classic empire-style apartment, but all the essentials like in the bathroom and kitchen very modern. The location on the Sadová is ideal, 200 m from the heart of the short center on the way to the Russian church. Two balconies as part of the apartment, terrace and swimming pool with hot tub are shared with two other apartments. Friendly welcome.

A very well located, functional apartment with two large bedrooms. Lenka is very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is not far, but you can also walk to the city. For our dog it was also a nice weekend, because nature with many hiking trails is not far away. The car was parked in the yard during our stay. The supermarket and a really very good pizzeria are only 100 m away.

An indoor swimming pool is complemented by a jacuzzi in a serene atmosphere. Decorative tiles outline the pool area, while elegant lighting creates a calming ambiance. Stately wall details and ornamental features add to the refined design of the space.

The apartment is very nice - well furnished with design furniture. It is also well located - just a shy from the promenade. The place is really quite. The indoor pool and whirpool are nice and useful for relaxation. We highly recomend to everybody seeking to visit Karlovy Vary.
