1845 School House in the Heart of Pultneyville

Fully renovated in the spring of 2021. According to the Pultneyville Historical Society, the first school, a small crude building, was built on this site in 1808. It burned in 1816 and was replaced by a larger schoolhouse. The cobblestone building was built in 1845 and served as a school until 1943 when the Williamson School District centralized. It is now a private residence. Notice the cobbles set at an angle. A metal bar circles the building as reinforcement — a modern addition.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage. Just a 7 minute walk to the village of Sodus Point where there are several restaurants and ice cream shops(seasonal). Worth alot more than what I pd. While in town met woman from Roch who said she & husband vacation here for 30+ yrs. Gave her info for Peek A View via AIR B&B. NAME IS Mart Beth.

A spacious deck is furnished with brightly colored Adirondack chairs, arranged for relaxation while overlooking the marina. A round wooden table and additional wooden seating provide options for dining. The nearby water is filled with boats, enhancing the scenic view.

The photos do not do this place justice - we snuck down for a long weekend with 3 teenagers, there was more than enough space for them to relax and do their thing - and also plenty to do for entertainment - ping pong/ air hockey/ darts... etc.! Place is spotless, views on water are perfect and unobstructed - this is a beautiful and quiet spot .... I wish we could have stayed longer and are planning to return without a doubt! If you are familiar with the area - this is less than a 1/2 mile walk to the town/ restaurants/ old lighthouse .... and less than 1/2 a mile to Kaitlynn Marine... maybe a mile to Tidesides. We were able to use the dock associated with the house for our boat - making it super easy! This was an ideal spot for a great weekend - so appreciate the attention to detail/ responsiveness .... and all of the above! thank you!

Home had enough beds for our whole group and plenty of pots and pans for us to cook. Nice to have TVs in every room for kids to unwind at night, and you can’t beat the short walk to the beautiful beach on Lake Ontario as well as the walk to the lighthouse.

A spacious bedroom features large glass doors that open to a waterfront view. Soft white curtains frame the entrance, while a neutral rug is placed over the light wooden floor, enhancing the serene atmosphere of the space.

This was our second stay at Emily’s place. Not only is it right on the water but also centrally located that you can walk just about anywhere. The house is beautiful! This was our second time, and we only wanted a one night get away just to get out of Rochester, and Emily was more than willing to accommodate that which was very kind of her. It’s a great place to just go with your spouse or with a group of friends since there are several bedrooms. Emily’s attention to detail is top notch! Can’t wait to get back to this serenity in the near future!
