I rent out two bright rooms on the upper floor of my house with their own entrance and bathroom. One room has a double bed, the other two single beds. Included: Free parking, WiFi, bed linens, towels, cleaning and access to kitchen, washing machine, TV, garden, patio and balcony. Stay close to the sea, beach, harbor and beautiful coastal roads - with cozy restaurants and cafés. It is easy to get around in every way. I live separately in the house and am available as needed. "Very cozy cottage near the sea in Höganäs! Cottage of about 40 m2 with unbeatable location close (5 min walk) to the sea and a small town, for those of you who want a relaxing weekend or week. Scenic area with proximity to the sea. Perfect for lovely walks along the beach or hiking or cycling on the Skåneleden trail right in front. Here you can enjoy the sea and sunset at your own small garden. Morning swim from the jetty just below in the summer. There are tennis courts, paddle, golf, bicycles are available to borrow.

The house has 2 good bedrooms, a completely renovated bathroom and a large and cozy completely renovated kitchen/living room with fireplace. The sofa can also be converted into 2 beds, if the need is 6 overnight. From two beautiful wooden terraces and the large plot, the sun can be enjoyed from early morning to late evening.

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. The kitchen has a cooking island, wood-burning stove and is in open connection with the dining area, which in turn is partially open to the living room. 2 rooms with large loft, large bathroom with both spa and shower as well as laundry room with washing facilities. There is 1000 m to the nearest beach and 2 km to the nearest shopping.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
