Farmhouse in rural environment with pool and sauna

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country residence. Fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms and open floor plan. Bathroom with shower and separate laundry. The apartment is in its own building on top of the stables. The stables live three black snow sheep. On the farm there is also a dwelling house where we in the family live with two children, cats, rabbits and dogs. Enjoy the tranquility with views of fields, cows and horses on nearby farms. Animals are welcome! Trampoline is in the yard. Electric car charger available.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

On our farm you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Welcome to our little cottage. This house was built in 1901 and is filled with Swedish countryside charm. - 1km walk from a lake - 2.5 hours from Stockholm with public transport. Bus stop is 200m away - Cabin has electricity but NO WATER. Tanks can be filled with water approximately 30 m from the cabin. - Bring your own bedsheets - Outdoor toilet - Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and oven. Small barbecue outside.
