It is the second time that we book that place. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful place in a great neighborhood of Costa de Caparica.

The view is amazing and combined with the parking at the beach allows for the best combined experience of Sessimbra. Thank you.

We've just arrived home from celebrating our 40th in Lisbon. We had the BEST time there and this beautiful apartment was absolutely perfect in every way! Very comfortable, clean, quiet and stylish. We absolutely loved the balcony! It was great to sit out there after exploring Lisbon for a few hours before we headed out for the evening. And the views from the balcony were spectacular! Location was excellent too. Within walking distance of all the great places of central Lisbon. Not too busy but not too quiet either. Maria was an excellent host! Great communication throughout the whole process, from answering questions before booking to how to access the apartment on arrival and offering suggestions of places to visit if we needed them. The best homestay I've stayed in during my trip to Europe!The room is more perfect than it looks in the photos. It is indeed a sunny room with beautiful scenery. The host cleaned it very well. Even the shower head is clean and free of water stains. Every place is very clean. The room is also very cozy. It really feels like home.The curtains are also very dark, you can pull the curtains in the bedroom and bathroom, so it will not affect your sleep in the morning.Downstairs is the lively neighborhood of Belém, with many small restaurants, small supermarkets, and we don't feel unsafe when it's dark at night.There are also fast food restaurants such as McDonald's and Burger King nearby, as well as a century-old shop for Portuguese egg tarts.

Charming contemporary apartment in historic building and neighborhood. Easy to walk to popular site seeing areas, nice restaurants, and shopping. Right in the heart of things, but the apartment was quiet with the multiple glazed windows. Furniture and interior design were classic modern style, wood and natural fabrics. Large contemporary bathroom and efficient kitchen and dining area. We had our last night casual dinner a few blocks down the street that was amazing. We highly recommend the apartment and Lisboa!

Very cozy apartment with two gardens on both sides. Very comfortable bed. Easy parking right in front. It is on the first floor so easy to access with luggage as other apartments in the block do not have the lift. An additional bonus - working fireplace!

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. I remember reading a review of one guest saying how this was the nicest ABNB they ever stayed at, and i have to say that this was spot on. the location and view are spectacular. the house excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Host was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Such a beautiful place near to the beach, local restaurants and scenic spots. Sabine and Ana are very responsive and provided us with local recommendations which helped us a lot to see Sintra when we are in town. It may be tricky if you are driving due to the tight parking space, but other than that everything else is amazing.

We had an amazing, magical stay at Casa Das Rosas. Hugo and Laura are really wonderful hosts. Please follow all their recommendations for things to do in Sintra and beyond. They really made our stay so special. The house is so nicely designed and really comfortable. The small outside sitting area on the cobblestone walkway is perfect for morning coffee. The location is great for walking. The walk to the old part of Sintra takes about 10 minutes. Take the path through the Parque Liberdade to old Sintra. You won’t be sorry . We hope to be able return to Casa Das Rosas. Thank you Hugo & Laura!

We loved our stay at Ricardo's home and the overall experience. He was always responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and getting to the home via different transport methods. The home itself is perfect for couples or small families, and especially well thought-out for children. The panda in the crib was a lovely touch that our son loved! Belem is a great area to stay in, too. Lots of lovely parks, beautiful buildings and places to explore.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Carla has been attentive since our first communications. In addition to being helpful, she even left us a box of snacks on our arrival. The house is exactly as described. The space is airy, bright and pleasant and the field next to the house is an additional privilege for those traveling with children. We had an amazing time at the house. I highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful vacation at Rose’s place! Enjoyed the pool and location. Rose responded immediately when we had questions. I would visit again if I ever am ever back in Lisbon.

From the moment we arrived, the host's warm welcome set the tone for a delightful stay. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials like coffee, tea, and laundry supplies. Public transportation was easily accessible, with metro stops just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. Ana was great and so was her place!

It's a scary location to be alone at night, but overall it's a very nice place to stay.

Great location, easily walkable to all the main attractions & sightseeing. Very clean. The kitchen has all the equipment to prepare breakfast or dinner. The bed is comfortable. I would definitely recommend the apartment for a cost stay in Lisboa.

The space was great and worked for two adults and a toddler. We had a few luggage’s and a stroller to carry to the top floor which was a work out but we knew what we were getting ourselves into because Hanna is mentioned it in her details. This area was perfect for what we needed.

Had a lovely stay at Ling’s flat!! Everything was clean and as described.

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.
