We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. Reach the Nahe River and historical old town in just 5 minutes by foot. Bad Kreuznach is a bikers paradise! Don’t have a bike? Rent one in the city. Bingen is only a few minutes away by bike, car, or train. Wiesbaden, Frankfurt am Main, Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Ramstein, and Rüdesheim are within 20-45 minutes commute. E-bike and e-car chargers available thanks to solar power station on the property.

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (about 70 square meters) is a converted barn and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-) I have hardly any reviews because the cottage was permanently rented.

A lovingly restored farmhouse in the middle of the Rhine-Hessian wine-growing region awaits you. You will have breakfast in the Mediterranean courtyard, relax in the hot tub, barbecue on the Weber gas grill and enjoy the evening on the beautiful roof terrace with wines from the hosts' winery. Hiking, cycling, family outings and city culture - all of this can be wonderfully combined from here. No party groups allowed!
