Great host, lovely caravan, in a beautiful location. Trevor went that extra mile when we left some clothes in a wardrobe and only realised when we were back home. With no fuss, he bagged them up and sent them by post the next working day. An absolute life saver.
A converted horse box showcases a rustic exterior with wooden siding and large windows. A wooden deck extends from the entrance, where stacked logs are neatly arranged below. The vehicle's green color blends with the surrounding landscape, offering a unique glamping option amidst picturesque scenery.

Horse Box - Glamping with a view!

DaiRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We booked Pryderi somewhat last minute (with just a couple of weeks notice) after having to cancel our original accommodation. The host was very responsive when I had a query prior to booking and the booking process was smooth. The photos don't do the views justice - you can see the sea from the front patio doors across the fields. We initially couldn't get the hot water working with the shower but this was resolved straight away! From Pryderi, we were able to explore Snowdonia and the local beaches (Traeth Nefyn is definitley recommended as a sandy dog friendly beach not far away). Fortunately, we had a clear sky on the last night so we had a fire going outside in the fireplace whilst looking at the clear night sky. We would definitley stay again!

The Millpond Caravan, Machynlleth

AnnaRating, 5 stars20 months ago
We loved staying in the Mill Pond Caravan. The grounds are just stunning! Julie's instructions were very clear, so we found it and got in easily. The caravan is cosy and well equipped. fresh clean towels and bed linens and extra blankets if you get chilly. We had a bit of a wet week weather-wise, so it was great to be able to pop the heating on quickly in the morning to take the edge off. Otherwise, the caravan is warm and dry and cosy. Julie is definitely a super host, very friendly and welcoming. The kids absolutely loved the walk up into the orchard and then back down by the waterfall to follow the mill stream back. This place is stunning. Thank you for a lovely sta x

Large caravan in beautiful South Shropshire

BeauRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in Jan’s accommodation. We arrived 1st week of March and were greeted with a very clean, warm living space. The freshly cut Daffodils were a nice touch. You get your own little boundary containing a lush lawn, 2 beautiful apple trees and lots of seasonal flowers, it’s pretty and you get a nice sense of privacy. Jan is a great host. She is very friendly & communicative, has great local knowledge and always happy to help with whatever she can. She gives you plenty of space to enjoy your break but if you’re up for a chinwag she has all the time for you. The town of Bishops Castle has a lot to offer, with lots of small businesses that seem to be thriving. There are a selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes all of which are good in their own ways. Our favourite was probably the Happy Bap for a small bite and a coffee. There is also an excellent quality butcher, petrol station, 2 convenience shops and variety of cute crafty shops.

Spacious caravan on edge of Snowdonia

Maria MathildeRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Our stay at Della and John’s sheep farm in Wales was enchanting. Nestled in serene landscapes, the caravan fit our family of six perfectly, providing all essentials. Della and John welcomed us warmly, sharing their vast knowledge of the area and guiding us to local adventures. Their genuine care and passion were evident in every interaction. Our sons, Hannibal and Bertil, adored playing with their dog, and exploring the farm land. Watching sheep shearing was a fascinating glimpse into authentic farm life, and the ancient sights they introduced us to added rich history to our trip. The peaceful surroundings, with varied birds and animals, created a tranquil atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the swings, adding simple joy to their days. Our stay was more than a vacation—it was an immersion into a heartfelt, knowledgeable, and kind way of life. We left with full hearts and lasting memories. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, adventure, and genuine hospitality.
A view of the caravan is framed by blooming flowers in the foreground. The rolling hills and valleys beyond are visible under a clear blue sky, with glimpses of distant coastline enhancing the natural scenery.

We loved our stay at Meg’s lovely caravan. The host was friendly, very helpful and an excellent communicator. To our surprise, caravan was well stocked with fully functioning kitchen and a bathroom. Location wise, we couldn’t ask more, situated in beautiful surroundings easy to get to any north Wales mountains range, including Snowdonia, made such a difference to our hiking trip and we will cherish the summer memories years to come in Rhiwlas. Highly recommend and thanks so much hosting us.

Glanyrafon Snowdonia Panoramic Views Willerby Van

RebeccaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My family and I had a wonderful holiday staying at this caravan. The views were absolutely incredible. Waking up each morning and seeing the horses just outside was such a highlight for us, we grew so fond of them and truly miss them already! The sky at night was so clear and full of stars – it felt peaceful and magical. The location was very safe and secure, it was especially lovely being able to let a child walk over to see the horses without any worry, it was very relaxing. Everything we needed, as well as sightseeing spots, was all within driving distance. It was so lovely to meet Andrew and Nia. Nia is incredibly hard-working, kind, and welcoming – she went above and beyond to make our stay special. We made some amazing memories here and can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Thank you so much! x

This place is a hidden gem, you will be spoilt as soon as you arrive with the most amazing welcome pack with freshly baked goodies and your hosts are just so lovely, nothing is too much trouble, and they have a wealth of information about the area which was just brilliant as we were able to visit places that we may not have even considered. The caravan is lovely, has all that you need and is really comfy, Cheryl has literally thought of everything! Nothing is too far to visit, a 5 minute drive and you are at the coast, the coastline is just stunning! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends

The Getaway caravan

Hello, grateful for such lovely area /place lovely lady with security cats. 🙏 So close to everything and not hard to find. Trailer and caravan can accommodate more people (we just 2 ), and price I personally think is supper low. Place made with love you feel while you in there. Very simple but have everything you need. Loved perfect WIMHOF cold shower. Sleep is super cosy and safe, ( cats outside take care of safety 💋🥰) is warm, plenty duvets , blankets and cushions. Fells like home. View is super nice also lovely pine tree area for walk, with spectacular view to sea side. Super place for grounding/ meditation/ rest from busy lifestyle/ perfect for solo trip. We travel for hike Snowdon what is just 30 min away, this area quiet busy and limited on listing for accommodation, campsites. Is million dots to see and we did while we was there. Linda was very-care of our journey and stay with communication all the way. Super lady , wish world have more people like this. ❤️🌹

Off-Grid Horsebox Retreat in Rural Mid Wales

RobertRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the woodlem box. Duncan met us on arrival and talked us through everything we needed to know and we met Sara when we were checking out. Both of them were super nice and friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. The place itself is a lovely little place with everything you need for a stay away and the fire and hob were super easy to use. The bose speaker in the place is really good too and you can't hear the music from the loo so no worries about disturbing the hosts at all. Being greeted by the chickens when going outside was cool, there's a couple of big fellas amongst them but all friendly. The fire in the place really doesn't take much to heat the place up so just be aware to maybe open a couple of windows if you like chucking wood on the fire haha We took a short drive out to Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall and lake Vyrnwy and the scenery was beautiful. Also had food at the Raven in Welshpool which was nice. All in all a superb trip!
