5 Star Thatched seaside cottage

ChristineRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Our stay at the cottage was exceptional, definitely 5 star quality. Angus our host was so helpful and genuinely caring making sure we had everything we required down to the last detail. We were so warm and cosy when the wind was blowing cold outside. I was delighted to spot 2 Golden Eagles from the garden. We will definitely return for a longer stay next time.

Helen's House

Really excellent host who was extremely helpful during our stay. Lots of home made cakes, jams etc which were great. Optional dinner available which again was excellent. Really enjoyed talking to Helen to learn about island life. No hesitation in recommending Helen’s House to all

UpSouth

The Up Shed was a beautiful accommodation, My husband and I had a great time it had everything you needed, beds were comfortable, location was great right beside a beach within walking distance aswell as not to far from Eriskay, the quietness of the shed was bliss and Yvonne was great too she was there to meet us on checkin and was available straight away during our stay. We would defo recommend the Up Shed and if we are ever back in South Uist we would love to stay again.

Panoramic Sea Views - hot tub

LoganRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We loved staying at the Larch Shed! Hallin is a beautiful slice of Skye with much to do and is a little off the beaten path from the main tourist areas like Portree. Jane was very hospitable and friendly, and we enjoyed our conversations with her. The Shed itself was exactly as described and very peaceful with an absolutely stunning view of the bay to start and end your day with. Everything was well appointed and we enjoyed the rustic decor. Highly recommend the YurtTea down the road for small breakfast and coffee, as well as nearby Stein Inn for amazing dinner. We also enjoyed Old School Restaurant in Dunvegan for dinner. Would recommend stopping at the co op on Forest rd in Portree for cooking provisions on your way up. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our return!

Isle of Eriskay Glamping Pods 2

CrystalRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this accommodation was and how well situated it was for the wedding we were attending. Its a quaint little cabin which had everything we needed and a bigger shower than expected. Everything was spotlessly clean and the provided soaps and shower gels smelled gorgeous. We had issues with the ferry on the way to the island and we notified Sophie who was completely understanding. We were also given all the information we needed prior to arriving and the WiFi was great. I would highly recommend staying in this pod if visiting Eriskay as it's perfect for visiting this lovely island.
A scenic view of a tranquil loch surrounded by lush greenery, with rolling hills visible in the background. The sky is bright blue with fluffy white clouds, creating a serene atmosphere. The landscape features grasses and wildflowers, enhancing the natural beauty of the area.

Tigh Tom. Cosy cottage in a stunning location

JRating, 5 stars12 months ago
We love the Outer Hebrides. Each island has a slightly different feel to it. Tigh Tom is a great jumping off spot for exploring the Uist chain of islands, South or North. Alister was a helpful Host and Sarah was at the end of the phone for any additional concerns. We had a fantastic trip and the views from Tigh Tom extend over Beinn Mhor to the East and the beach to the West. We will no doubt be back up in the islands at the earliest possible opportunity!
