Charming cottage with a great atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

On the ground floor is a living room with a large lounge sofa, a modern kitchen with dining area and garden view, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. This very nice row House by the Lake at the center of Astershaven has it all! Multiple bedrooms, a small garden, two toilets and even designated area in the basement for the kids to play and hang out. Also the area is very nice there a lot of playgrounds, a small Lake next to the house (unfortunalty not possible to swim it though) and by either bus, car or a 20 min walk, you can reach the train station that can bring you to central of Copenhagen in 30 minutes. A truly gem for the whole family

Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Our lovely summerhouse from 1972 is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a colorful mix of the 1970s and modern living. During summertime you can use our terrasses, trampoline, bonfire etc in our big and private garden. If you are lucky you can watch deer ,squirrels, pheasants and sometimes even owls.
