The house is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, towels and bed linen. Wi-Fi and TV are also included. The house is located on its own plot with garage, parking spaces, several outdoor spaces and here you get the most beautiful sunsets. Great opportunities for paddling from the fjord below the house. Short distance to Hopen (5 min drive) where you will find the island's shops.

Veiholmen Rorbu - Skøya

Veiholmen Rorbu was completed in 2018 and is located right by the sea on Skøya. It has 4 bedrooms, kitchen/living room , hallway and bathroom with shower and toilet. All of high quality. There is a washing machine and drying machine in the bathroom. Micro and oven as well as dishwasher in kitchen. We have as standard a package of beds ready for 5 people ( 1 double and 3 single) , but by arrangement we can make into double beds in each bedroom, so we can accommodate a total of 8 people. Please feel free to ask us if you need extra beds.

Swedish

We rent out our childhood home when we are not using it ourselves. The house is at the end of the road and has no passing traffic. Here you can relax and enjoy island life, whether you want to relax, fish, go for walks or have fun with friends. There is a short way down to the lake and good sun conditions. When the sun is not out, it is cozy on the covered veranda. There is a good space for playing both on the property and around. Supplement for normal cleaning NOK 1,400. Short walk to art exhibitions, outdoor venues, kindergarten where the little ones can play after closing time, convenience store, cafes, restaurants focusing on food from local produce from all over Smøla, feskarkjærringa, fantastic fishing weather. This cozy house from 1903, with 4 bedrooms, is a good starting point for exploring Smøla's archipelago and everything the municipality has to offer. But little can compete with the red-orange sunsets while sitting in the armchair on the porch or with a glass of wine down by the boathouse. 3 kayaks at your disposal down by the boathouse.

Apartment in the garage attic with great views. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and a small terrace. The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bedding and cleaning supplies. Wi-Fi and Apple TV are also included. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment except the bedrooms. (The apartment is normally rented for long-term stays, but in between, we rent it on a short-term basis while we wait for new tenants).
