We had a great stay! The location was really great - lots of restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks near by. While there were people out and about it felt very safe and was pretty calm and quiet considering how many shops were around. Check in was easy with thorough instructions and the apartment was clean. Parking garage access was a huge plus. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had. I would definitely consider staying here again!

excellent property. It was exactly as described. there are two bedrooms with two baths, and a beautiful open space in the middle. instructions were clear and the host was incredibly communicative. would look forward to staying there again in the future.

I had a great stay. Very comfortable home in a perfect East side location, close to many things and very walkable. The kitchen had an ample amount of cookware and the mattress was very comfortable! Great hosts and very responsive and helpful!

Great location for a weekend in Austin!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Angello’s place was wonderful! Felt just like home! Very responsive and friendly! Very clean and always smelled fresh when coming into the apartment. I definitely recommend if I could give 10 stars I would! I totally forgot to take my garbage out! As I was rushing but it was very clear instructions on how to get to the unit and how to get to the pool. It was a lot to do and I would definitely love to stay again! I felt right at home especially since Austin is my go to for my solo trips it’s always great coming back home to Texas.

Really enjoyed our time there visiting nearby granddaughter and family. They came over one evening and Cameron gave us a tour of his Quelite Farm where he raises a variety of vegetables and laying hens for organic eggs which he sells locally. Very cool.

I had a power issue with the thermostat and Mia was extremely responsive and had a neighbor come help me out. The space is super nice and very clean. Maybe the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

Staying at Shane’s airbnb was a dream! The house was perfect on the inside and literally had every single thing you would ever need. The location was great, we were surrounded by trees and even got to see some deers at night. The hot tub was also a very nice addition. Definitely a must visit spot ❤️

This is the most relaxing listing out there! Beautiful pool, massage chair, privacy, and trees. The view of the pool from the living room just begs you to take a dip, and the easy access to the shower from outside makes it easy to hop in and out whenever it makes sense. The building is made for enjoying the pool with ease.

The house and surrounding property was beautiful we enjoyed our time with family while here. It was very relaxing.

The home and pool, cabins, hot tub are great, well appointed and peaceful. The only drawback was the wasps which have nested under the pool deck. The game room was a comfortable and well equipped area, our group loved all the thought put into decorating and appointing the home!!!!

5 stars for this place seems too little. What an awesome place is this. Closest town is a short drive, bit I felt out in nature all the time. The hosts are very attentive and all the rooms were so nice, spacious and clean. I wish I could have enjoyed the outdoor areas more, but that was due to the one thing the hosts cannot help with. Texas thunderstorms in lost evenings. Love this place and would definitely recommend!

Jen's place was one of the most beautiful parts of our stay in Austin. Tidy, stylish and had everything we needed. Jen was helpful and generous to us. We didn't want for anything in her house. Spacious and bright.

Had a great stay, Christian responded timely and came thru when we needed laundry detergent. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

My wife, our little dog, and I stayed at Alexander's place for a long weekend. We loved it. We loved having a city park directly across the street for our dog. My wife and I enjoyed walking to Fresh Plus grocery store just a few blocks away and picking up some interesting food for breakfast and snacks at the apartment. The bed has a very comfortable mattress.

Tamara and Sam were so helpful and thoughtful, very responsive to any question I had. Forth right with any information before I even reached out. I loved their place, so clean and comfy. We came for concerts and ate out a lot but the kitchen was well stocked with the things you’d need if you wanted to cook at home. The location was perfect! Walkable to a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. I have already recommended it several times and would definitely come back!

If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat - Our stay at A’kasa Studio was truly fantastic, and what stood out the most was the incredible communication from beginning to end. From the moment we booked, Sarah and Deepen were incredibly responsive, kind, and informative. It’s rare to come across a host who is so proactive and genuinely committed to making sure guests feel supported and welcome. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The compact office desk was a great touch - as someone who works from home and needs that extra dedicated workspace, this was perfect during our stay. The location was also very convenient - a quick 5 minute Uber/Lyft to several popular bars and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, especially knowing how easy and pleasant the communication was. Sarah and Deepen will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I will always recommend A’kasa Studio to anyone looking for a perfect Austin getaway.
