Vacation rentals with a patio in Smithville

We took an impromptu trip out of Austin overnight. Hosts were responsive and friendly. The space was comfortable and we loved swimming in the pool. This was a perfect spot to get out of the city for rest and relaxation.

We loved our stay at Alwin’s Airbnb. It was nice and cozy. Everything that we would need for a several days stay was provided. Everything was clean and looked new. Highly recommend.

It was a quick one night stay as we were traveling through the area. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy and the area was close walking distance to everything.

Great host and unique place. The night view of Austin city lights was an extra bonus. Thanks for having us!

The stay was exactly as described and looked the same as the pictures. It was the perfect little spot for us to stay while stopping through for the night.

I have no complaints. The place was spotlessly clean and with all the amenities it listed. My room was very simple and basic with everything I needed. I had trouble communicating with Simon before arrival, though. I sent a couple of different messages through Airbnb, which said the usual response time was 3 hours. Those messages never got a response at all. Then I tried calling but the phone number that Airbnb lists had a full mailbox so I could not leave a message. Eventually, I saw a different phone number in a message I had gotten, I think from Simon, verifying my reservation. When I called it, I got an answer and great response that more than satisfied me. So it was just a matter of finding the right method of communication and then everything fell into place. As far as the stay, it was excellent and everything I needed it to be. If I return to Smithville again, I will be happy to stay there again.

I have to go to Bastrop at least once a year for my daughter‘s dance competitions. Olga was a fabulous host with an immaculate home. The house had everything we could possibly need. It was clean and so comfortable. The location was wonderful, and the neighbors were great! We will definitely be staying here again! The host is very responsive and very generous. She even left snacks and drinks for us.

This is a lovely somewhat secluded place away from the city. The view in the morning with the surrounding trees is especially beautiful. The inside of the home is spacious and well maintained. We loved going out into large patio area with coffee early in the morning and watching the sun rise, or having our evening meals in the nice Spring weather. One morning we were able to see a deer roaming around. Combined with the cool atmosphere and nature setting, it gives a sense of peace and calmness. **Note: For those of you who are not morning people, be sure to bring earplugs to bed as there are roosters nearby that wake with the morning sun.

We stayed this past weekend and the place is beautiful! The view from the living room looked like you were overlooking a prairie. Absolutely stunning!! If you need a quiet place to stay with gorgeous views, this is the place to stay!

Deboarah’s place was very comfortable and nice and clean. Very easy to access and listing photos and descriptions matched 100%. I was surprised with this host having all the amenities needed and stocked and ready to go., without having to request this or that basic essentials. Quiet neighborhood and lots of deer to see. It would be even better if the master bedroom got as much cold air as the rest of the home, but she’s got an air purifier in there, ceiling fan, blackout curtains and an extra floor fan, which really made it a bit comfortable at night to sleep cooler. She was extremely responsive and flexible, very accommodating if anything changes in your travel plans. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was beautiful with an amazing view above the tree tops looking down over the river. Great balcony space and windows to enjoy the view. We had a girls weekend, but it would be perfect for a romantic getaway as well. Host very proactive in providing directions, check in and check out info.

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy and modern home in Manor, Texas. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. It was the perfect spot for our family getaway, highly recommend!

I would definitely stay here again! Right off the freeway and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Very clean, but I wish there would’ve been detergent to wash clothes. The keypad was a bit confusing at first but after a few times we got a hang of it. Other than that it was very spacious and homey.
