The loft is above a dental office and across from the Armstrong Trail hence the name “Tooth and Trail.” It’s within walking distance to downtown Kittanning to restaurants, bars, shops and the Allegheny River. It has been recently remodeled, the first floor accommodations has a spacious updated kitchen, roomy living room, bedroom with queen bed and a spacious full bath. A upstairs bedroom also with a queen bed. A private deck off the living room to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxing. Spend the evening relaxing in front of a fire in the pavilion right behind the farmhouse.

Please note: Our guest cottage is entirely private with its own entrance, and is connected to our home with a breezeway.

This is a self check in private apartment. Our goal for our fully equipped open-concept apartment was to create a cozy, comfortable and affordable space that reflected what we look for when we travel. Located minutes from the Armstrong Trail. Whether you bike, walk, hike, run or are a history buff this 35.5 mile trail on the eastern bank of the Allegheny River for you to enjoy. About 40 miles from Pittsburgh. Restaurants minutes away. Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
