My condo is a 34 sqm studio type unit located near Sky Ranch, and to the best restaurants in the city. It has a glass wall with a perfect view of Taal Lake and Volcano. Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

Late check-in (6:00pm onward) 200 pesos will be charged. Our caretaker does not live nearby so the late checkin fee is to pay for their transportation

Room is fronting Taal Lake and the Volcano. Entrance fee per head is Php 250 but 2 guests are free if you're booking for 4-6. Condotel Unit in Balai Isabel Club

The unit is located at the Sampaloc building INSIDE the Club Balai Isabel overlooking the Taal Lake. There is a restaurant on site, an outdoor swimming pool along with water sports facilities.
