A beautiful and thoughtfully reconstructed house. It has everything you could need to enjoy a very chill time at the house indoors and outdoors or even cook a meal in. Kid friendly.Beautiful light. Beautiful views. Very convenient location. Kind hosts. We have stayed at a few places around town but this was by far our favorite house.

We spent a wonderful, snow-filled weekend in the woods at this property and loved every minute of it. This home is spacious, homey, and secluded in a beautiful corner of the Catskills. Fantastic for kids and dogs, as advertised. We would absolutely return!

This is our second time at this place and it was as amazing as we remember it from last time. The weather was still cold we really enjoyed the wood fireplaces. The expansive backyard is amazing as always!

Absolutely loved our stay! We were looking for quiet, peaceful, and lots of R&R. Bruce was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Highly recommended!!!

The place was well stocked and clean upon arrival. We had a bit of trouble with the lock at first, but then everything got sorted, Leah was quick to respond and check in with us to make sure everything was going well! The area is quiet and about a 20-30 minute drive away from most things. There was a lot of open communal space for our group to hang out. Kitchen and bathrooms were perfect.

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

This house was great! We stayed 2 nights. Very nice, useful kitchen 100% , can be found anything needed for cooking. 2 kind of coffee maker machines, 5 different ground coffee are in the refrigerator, ready to be made. The whole house was spotless. Laundry located in the basement with laundry detergent and softener on the shelf. Too many great things to mention! I would recommend to family, friends and anyone looking to stay in the area!

Our group had a great time at Anna’s place. Spacious and comfortable with great views. Anna is very responsive and gave clear check in instructions. Little communication needed given her detailed instructions, and the little communication needed- she was very responsive.

Nice little getaway during the cold season. The hot tub was excellent and about 100 degrees so perfect even with the cold temperature. It was still possible to put together a meal with the propane grill and warm things up in the microwave or store them away in the fridge. The heat was excellent in the space. Seems like it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The house was very clean and spacious, the views were amazing. Susanna was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed very much staying at the house. We would love to come back.

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

Came up with some extended family and a pup for a long weekend. House was bright and clean and we loved the surrounding property. Hot tub was great as the temps dipped while we were there. house had a lot of original charm with many modern touches.

We loved this cute studio cabin at the end of a quiet lane in the woods. The host was accommodating and left a welcome basket with tea & muffins for our arrival. The whole unit was clean and well maintained with basic equipment for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the wildlife. Convenient location for Woodstock for coffee and food, & Ashokan reservoir for walking and cycling. There were a few potholes on the access road to the property which deer use to drink from (☺️). We loved that the cabin was bug free and did not have any trace of bug spray! (We get very bad reactions to that stuff). Thank you for hosting & being respive. Recommend for a weekend 👍🏼

We had a wonderful time at Nick’s Place. Great wood cabin with very warm heating during our stay where we had a snowstorm. Very cozy and wonderful view of the mountains.

Was a great stay! Nice location private but not way out of the way that couldn’t reach local attractions easily. Very clean and comfortable accommodations - very well stocked with most basics you would need. The pups loved the yard!

Beautiful location...nice and quiet. 7 or 8 mins to woodstock. Decorated seemingly professionally. All the appointments (convennces) you could ask for.

My family, dog and I had an incredible weekend visit! It was our first time to the area and we already want to come back. Consuelo was a fantastic host! Consuelo was so easy to get a hold of for questions and was so friendly. The place was very organized, quaint and gorgeous. Thank you for a fantastic time! :)

Maria and Max’s place was everything we dreamed of! It was a nice seclude, a cabin with a large backyard and a wonderful fire pit. We loved the decor inside the house, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was as described. It’s in a great location approximately 20 to 30 minute drive to multiple cute small towns in Catskills. We can’t wait to bring our friends back next time!

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

My husband and I spent our wedding night and the first part of our honeymoon at Julius’s tiny home, and we could NOT have made a better decision! It was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It is close many local restaurants and places that we hold dear such as “Heaven’s Embrace” by Eternal Flame of Hope Ministires. The direct river assess provided breathtaking views both day and night, and my husband even caught a glimpse of a bald eagle catching a fish! The home itself was adorable and just the right size for the two of us! We loved spending time outside by the fire while listening to the river. Julius was so very kind and informative throughout our entire experience! We truly can not recommend his tiny home enough, or any of his other properties which I hear are just as beautiful as well! The only “issue” that I believe has been noted before is that the water smells at times; however, it wasn’t a huge problem for us, and would definitely NOT stop us from booking again! ?

Kim's place was great. We had a lot of snow, sleet, rain, and wind during our stay which was ok because her place is very cozy, especially because of the amazing wood burning stove. The kitchen is very well stocked and it was very clean overall. I highly recommend staying here
