The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Fishing license is redeemed on site, boat is available to rent for SEK 150 per day. Proximity to ski and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days, SEK 1000. The house is connected to our residential house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and are happy to offer stories and information about the area. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.
