A very nice little house with charm which has been very nicely restored by Marti and his family and has a fantastic location. Within a few minutes you can walk to the beach. In the house there is everything to feel comfortable. Especially with dogs, the garden is great but also for just relaxing there. The on-site communication with Marti is also extremely positive. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back

Nice and clean house, full of facilities. From the photos, we just did not realize that it is close to other accommodations, and therefore you have little privacy outside.

The place was beautiful! The staff in the reception and restaurant were super nice!! highly recommended! I would love to stay there again and again!

The resort is beautiful, offers space for families and groups in the different vacation homes and the beach can be reached in about 20-30 minutes on foot. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the cottages (located behind a barrier) or at the reception (freely accessible). The barriers are to be opened with the key cards of the vacation home. Highly recommended is the pizzeria, which is located just opposite the resort. If you are traveling in a larger group, you should reserve bicycles in advance or rent them right on the beach. All in all, the Nieuwvliet-Bad resort is recommended - especially for families and groups who want to enjoy a peaceful stay near the beach.

Perfect location for larger families or businesses doing a workshop

We spent 4 days in this fantastic house, the location on the water is very nice and gives a zen feeling, the house is equipped with every comfort and very spacious. We were with 12 adults. This is really recommended, certainly repeatable.

Great location for a short holiday! It's got everything you could possibly need.

We stayed here as an extended family (grandparents, aunt, parents) with four children. The children could play freely in the house as well as in the garden. The playroom is well equipped, the garden fenced and with the children's swimming pool and the football goal has enough space for extensive play. Adjacent to the property are animal pastures with sheep, horses and chickens. The kitchen with two refrigerators was very helpful. Great dishes and enough cookware. By bike you can go to a beautiful small beach at Wemeldinge. By car, more beaches can be reached in half an hour. The communication was very good! We would recommend this place to anyone!

The house is very nice, walk, pool and small beach nearby. Apart from a fairly limited small grocery store, the shops are far away.

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend! Friendly host! Great house with a lot of space. Almost everything was present . Nice to feed the chickens in the morning 🐓 The surroundings are also well worth it. Definitely recommended!

very good accommodation with moderate pool access (a few hours during the day is a shame ). 1 master suite downstairs and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs very well.... on the other hand steep staircase! be careful of the elderly!! there was a microwave, not enough salad bowls for 8 and the cleaning was very quick. Possibility to park 2 cars in the driveway... very convenient!
