This former farmhouse has been converted with love and taste into an atmospheric oasis of peace and comfort, in the middle of the greenery. The location is unique: adjacent to a nature reserve, with plenty of privacy and views and only a 15-minute drive from both the beach and Knokke. Bruges and Ghent are also easily accessible for a day trip.

A well-maintained lawn features neatly trimmed grass, bordered by tall hedges. In the background, a charming red-roofed villa is framed by a variety of trees and garden features, providing a serene outdoor space under clear skies.

Villa in an oasis of peace, and close to the coast

Our villa is fantastically located in the green and extremely quiet Terhofstede, a small hamlet of Retranchement, 2 km from the nature reserve Het Zwin, 5 km from the beach of Cadzand-bad and the picturesque Sluis and 8 km from the fashionable Knokke. Our large garden (about 600 m²) is completely facing the south. From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace, whether or not under our nut tree or our fig tree.

A modern living space is highlighted by a sleek gas fireplace integrated into the wall. Soft natural light illuminates the room, revealing a large cream sofa and a suspended chair. Neutral decor enhances the open feel, connecting to an inviting area with large windows.

The luxury holiday villa is completely renovated in 2015 and designed to provide you with all the comfort you need. This house with spacious garden and terrace is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad. Within two minutes you can walk to the beach, harbor or city center. The house is suitbable for fourteen people while it has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. It would be perfect for example ten adults and four children.

The exterior of the residence showcases a two-story structure with a dark wooden facade and a distinctive red-tiled roof. Two rows of windows allow natural light to flow inside, while a charming wheel decoration adds character. The stone pathway leads to an inviting entrance.
