Very nice apartment next to the sea. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Swimming pool and sauna right in the house were great. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and everything was explained in detail. Carola also gave us some tips, such as where to rent a bike for one euro a day. Such a good and friendly welcome is very rare.

Our stay in Breskens was fantastic, which was largely due to the great apartment and the warm hospitality of Ann. The location of the apartment is unbeatable: direct view of the beach, sea and harbor – simply wonderful! The apartment is very nice and well maintained. It is also an ideal starting point for walks along the coast and beautiful bike tours in the area. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Breskens. Thank you, Ann!

We spent 5 days in Cadzand with Manon and Carlo. Manon took good care of us even before the beginning of the stay and we found everything as described. When we needed some support, Manon immediately helped us. Location is close to the beach and quiet. The oven is a special highlight on cold days. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely, and we felt at home right away. It’s beautifully furnished and very well equipped – especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. For our kids, the double bunk bed was definitely a highlight. One of them even said, “It prevented a lot of fights because we could both sleep on the top bunk!” – that says it all! The location is perfect as well – just a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this great house! The location is simply fantastic – right by the sea, just over the dune, really great. The accommodation is also ideal for families: There were toys for the children, which made our stay even more relaxing. The house is very nicely decorated, clean and cozy – we felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation, we will be happy to come back! Thank you!

The residence was as described and very warm and welcoming. Wanted to note that the bathroom was somewhat small, as at 220lbs, my knees made contact with the wall when seated. Otherwise, the area is private and the scenery is beautiful. Only 15 minutes to North Sea beach and shopping.They were perfect hosts and very responsive.

Great house with all comforts. Close to the beach and two restaurants, both within walking distance. The garden is enclosed, which was ideal for our dog. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time over new years. It's a really cozy home and the fire place was a big plus. We could also see ourselves sitting in the backyard during summer. Lot of beautiful cities nearby, like Brugge or Gent. Would definitely come back again.

Charming, relaxing and quiet spot. Really helpful host, good internet and a great shower. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of my trip. Good parking area too.

The apartment was nice and tastefully decorated, there was nothing missing, on the contrary there were various items from Rituals, bath additives and more. The view from the terrace over the Scheldt estuary was magnificent, there were always ships to admire, most on the way to Antwerp or the North Sea. What we had not read from the listing was that the apartment is located in a large high-rise complex. On the other hand, this had the advantage that we could park our bikes in the underground garage.

The apartment is lovely and equipped with every comfort. The location is beautiful on the boulevard, we really enjoyed it. Shops and food and drink options are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

We (retired couple) booked the apartment for a short trip. A long weekend from Thursday to Monday. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the flowers were beautifully arranged. We didn't need the upper bedroom, which is accessible by ladder. The communication with Manyee was absolutely smooth. We were warmly welcomed by the son-in-law, who showed us the apartment and gave us valuable tips for the area. Manyee personally prepared an extremely friendly farewell for us. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Manyee was extremely flexible and accommodating. We would book the place again at any time and will definitely contact them the next time we visit Zeeland.

We were allowed to stay 6 nights and were very comfortable there. The apartment is quietly located on a side street, but still close to the beach and the promenade, where there are shops and restaurants. You could park for free in the street. The apartment was cozily furnished and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was also of great use. There was TV, a Playstation as well as board games and in particular the sparkle horn game appealed to our daughter. The apartment is also very child-friendly and even with smaller children you can live there superbly. The communication with Lars was quick and hassle-free, so we felt well taken care of. We are enthusiastic and can only recommend Lars and Imme's apartment.

We had a great stay in the Breydelhoeve. A very cozy place with all the comforts in the cottage. It was short but very pleasant. Pros: toys available for the smallest and also outside the trampolines were a success. We had our bikes with us and made beautiful bike rides nearby. The beach nearby is also a real plus. We will definitely come back!
