The apartment was great and in a fantastic location

The house is ideally located with direct proximity to the beach and the center, but still quiet. The amenities offer everything you need for a nice time. Communication with Florentine was very quick and easy. We will be happy to come back.

The cottage is far from everything and everyone. The only neighbors you have are cows who come to greet you kindly. The first neighbor lives a kilometer away. Shops on 5 min drive. We had a number of young children with us. They could enjoy themselves outside on the trampoline or in the huge garden.

Nice place, perfectly located, very well equipped and very clean. The garden is a plus. Very clear general information and check-in instructions. I recommend.

Already for the third time I rented this house. Top location for people who love hiking. Well furnished house and Jeannine is always very accessible. Recommended!!!

We had wonderful Easter days in the charming cottage right on the dune approach. The location is perfect, the property huge and completely fenced. Communication with the hostess was great, we got great tips and check-in was completely straightforward. We lacked nothing, we would have liked to have stayed longer.

Nice, quiet area - the cottage has much more than described: games for the children, beach toys, comfortable garden furniture etc.. wonderfully within walking distance of two cool beach pavilions. Clean cottage with sun-flooded garden, recommended!

We had a relaxing vacation with 7 people in the big house. Everything, but really everything, was clean and lovingly arranged with decorations. The garden was large and can accommodate everyone with several seating options. The hosts were always friendly and accommodating. All in all highly recommended.

Luminous and perfectly maintained apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped and it is a pleasure to prepare dishes . Given the standard offered the sofa would benefit from being changed 😉 it has lived a little 😉 I will add some board games ( failure or other for children) the furniture is chosen with taste . The orientation of the building does not allow you to enjoy the sun on the terrace but you can't have everything, the view from the sea is superb and soothing from the dining room. Everything is nearby, including a very good caterer - near the spaar - ( do not miss his tiramisu with limoncelo!) I also want to thank the person who takes care of the welcome , very kind and professional.

Location- What is better than watching the ocean, ships and sunset straight from your own balcony or living room? We loved the fact that we could be at the beach in less than 5 minutes or run back upstairs if we forgot something. Also the food options downstairs and at the beach were great. Apartment - very tastefully decorated and clean. We felt very comfortable and it felt like a true vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer & dryer, two showers, bathtub, and a guest toilet. Kids - we had our 9 year old kids with us which worked out perfectly. They slept with us in the larger bedroom. Balcony and roof top are very safe for older kids. Kids will enjoy the proximity to the beach and access to the pool. Walking disability- perfect for someone with walking impairment. Elevator access made it easy to go up and down. Apartment only had one single carpet which we put to the side. Outside, the walkways are all smooth and beach restaurants offer beach wheelchairs for use.

Super nice big apartment, great location, very good amenities, check in very friendly. The pool/sauna use of the hotel was easily possible and a real highlight. The only drawback for us was that there was only a large shared duvet for the double bed. We would have liked 2 separate duvets, but that's certainly a matter of taste. Overall great stay, we would come back anytime.

Beautiful large house overlooking the duck pond, beautiful private garden. It is in a large park but that is very quiet and tidy. You don't feel like you're in a large park. Beach and supermarket are close.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house in Nieuwvliet Bad! If you like sea and beach, this is the place to be, it's walking distance to dunes, beach, restaurants, and bike and walking paths. The house has everything one needs, a full kitchen, comfortable and spacious bathroom, all very clean. There is a washer and dryer, and it's very nice to spend evenings in the cozy living room at the back of the house, which looks out on the dunes, and on a windy day, you will hear the sound of the waves on the beach. There are 3 nice bedrooms which sleeps 6 guests comfortably. We loved our stay at this wonderful place and we would highly recommend it.

The house is nice and quiet, with a large private garden, the beach is within walking distance in 10 minutes. The house is very tastefully decorated and architecturally special - the glass cultivation gives it a special flair. Frédérique is a very friendly host, responds quickly and nicely to inquiries. We felt very comfortable for four days and can recommend the house without reservation.

We had a very nice week over New Year's Eve in the cottage. It is cozy, a lot of light comes through the large windows, everything is practically stored in its place , we had a lovely time with 4 adults. The proximity to the beach and shopping in the holiday center are also very convenient. We will be happy to come back.

We chose Eva's cottage because it seemed to have a unique historic character, and we were not disappointed! It is situated in a wonderful tranquil landscape which we only shared with two ponies, pheasants, partridges and hares. All amenities (supermarkets, beaches, indoor playgrounds for rainy days with kids) are max. 15min away. The perfect place to wind down and treat yourself to some well-earned time off without TV and WIFI . The living area with fire place is extremely comfortable, and the bicycles that come with the house are a great bonus! We recommend cycling to the Zwin river estuary via Retranchement, a 30min trip through wonderful Zeeuwse Flanderen landscape. In one regard guests should be prepared though, if they're asked to bring bed linen: the double bed upstairs comes with a single king-size duvet (!), the two beds downstairs have two single duvets. That aside, we had a fantastic time in this little gem!

We will always come back for short autumn and spring holidays in this cozy apartment in a quiet and beach location in Cadzand Bad. JJ is a nice and easily accessible host who could always help us right away when we had a problem. We'd love to come back!
