Villa vacation rentals in Slivnica

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Die Unterkunft von Anita war sehr schön. Sie liegt nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen Zadar entfernt und 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es kleinere Supermärkte bei denen man fast alles bekommt und eine leckere Pizzeria. Das Haus und die vielen Möglichkeiten (Billard, Tischtennis, Pool) haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Jungs und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Natalija und Ihr Mann Mate sind super freundlich und tun alles um einen den Urlaub zu erleichtern. Dadurch dass wir früher einchecken durften und am Abreisetag sogar entscheiden konnten, wann wir auschecken möchten, wurde der Urlaub noch einmal entspannter. Mate hat uns sogar noch zum Flughafen gebracht. Das Haus ist (bis auf die Liegen am Pool) genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt so ziemlich alle Küchenutensilien und zudem auch Gewürze, Kaffe, Kaffefilter und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, aber mit einem Auto dennoch gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwieriger, da zumindest außerhalb der Saison kaum ein Bus fährt und es keine Fahrpläne gibt. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

First of all, we would like to open by saying that we had a wonderful one-week stay at the house and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Upon our arrival, the hosts were very helpful in explaining the basics of the house amenities and also had a cold beer ready for each of us (which is always a plus!). Since we didn’t have a car, they also allowed us to use their two bikes and that was very helpful. Speaking of which, thanks to the proximity to the airport, there were many taxis available (Uber, Bolt etc) and that made it possible to stay at this house without a car. The drive to Zadar city centre was approximately 20 minutes and rather inexpensive, allowing for bulk shopping of groceries when needed. Of course, there is also the smaller grocery store located one kilometre away. The house amenities, as said, were many and even for six people cooking etc was a smooth experience. The fast-food place in Zemunik Donji (with free delivery to the house) also came in handy at times and the pizza was excellent. The highlight of the house, though, was without a doubt the outside area thanks to the lounge area and above all the pool. It’s well-lit in the evening as well and that made for a very pleasant experience overall. To summarise, the house is well worth the money especially if you’re a large group that wants to relax in fantastic surroundings.

Unser Aufenthalt im SevenOlives-Haus war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und auf uns wartete eine Platte mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Als besonderes Willkommensgeschenk haben wir sogar Wein und selbstgemachten Holunderblütensirup erhalten – eine sehr persönliche und schöne Geste. Der Pool ist riesig, super gepflegt und war für uns ein tägliches Highlight. Neno, der Gastgeber, ist extra aus Split angereist, nur um die Pooltemperatur für uns noch angenehmer einzustellen – dieser Einsatz ist nicht selbstverständlich. Uns hat es an absolut nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, vollständig ausgestattet und in bestem Zustand. Wer Ruhe, Privatsphäre und echte Erholung vom Alltag sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Danke für alles :)

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Luka war super freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es war eine herzliche Begrüßung und er hat uns eine gute Einweisung zum Haus und der Umgebung gegeben. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Auch der riesige Garten mit dem Pool war optimal für eine größere Gruppe. Nur zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner als erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen:)

Super schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Luna. Mit Freundesgruppe aus 5 Pärchen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa ist sehr schön ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und mit zwei Küchen gibt es genügend Platz zum Kochen. Der großzügige Außenbereich bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Baden, Spielen und Entspannen. Josip, der Besitzer der Villa, war super hilfsbereit & nett und stand uns stets bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Der Strand von Skradin sowie Krk Np sind nur 5 Fahrminuten und das Meer bei Šibenik lediglich 25 min entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

De villa van Valentina is geweldig! Helemaal zoals beschreven, zeer goed onderhouden en schoon, het is volledig afgemaakt waardoor onze hond vrij kon rondlopen. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en Valentina is een superhost die steeds voor je klaar staat, ze reageert letterlijk binnen enkele minuten als je een vraag hebt. Gewoon top!

We had an amazing stay at Zoran’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Zoran was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The villa itself was stunning, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Zoran’s hospitality truly made our stay special. We had an excellent week at Ivan’s villa. It was very clean, well appointed and in a good location. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had a view of the sea and mountains, and the heated pool.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und wollen definitiv wieder kommen. Unsere Highlights waren der Pool mit dem Pool-Spielzeug, der Jacuzzi mit Blick auf die Berge, der Esstisch und der Hängesessel draußen.

Wij hebben met ons gezin met 3 kinderen een geweldig verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Het ligt hoog in de bergen en heeft een adembenemend uitzicht. De indeling van het huis is wat ongebruikelijk, maar dat heeft juist zijn charme. De bedden lagen heerlijk. De keuken met de houthaard grill (met onbeperkt hout) maakt het koken geweldig en geeft meteen een vakantie gevoel. Het terras met het zwembad en de sauna er achter maakt het huis helemaal af. Het Paklenica national park is op een paar minuten afstand van het huis, daarnaast is er genoeg te doen in de regio. al met al hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad, we zouden er zo nog een keer heengaan, een aanrader dus.

Der Aufenthalt in Villa Atrio war unglaublich schön. Die Gastgeber waren äussert freundlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist äusserst modern und bietet den Gästen Vieles. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

This place is just fantastic, really great for a big group with kids. Our site contact, Filip, was super helpful, and quick to respond to any queries, also got us some food in as we arrived on a Sunday night which was greatly appreciated. The place has everything you need, with a short drive to a restaurant and supermarkets. The Krka national park was really good, and Zadar is beautiful for an evening dinner, stroll and watch the sunset. Highly recommend staying here just make sure you have a car. The outdoor area could do with a bit of shaded area, but that’s the only thing really. Highly recommend. Really good family holiday 👍🏻

Wow, wow, wow…Das Haus ist fantastisch. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Ausblick auf die Adria und die Berge ist wahnsinnig schön, wenn dann auch noch die Sonne aufgeht und die Gipfel in den schönsten Rot-Tönen färbt, ist man einfach nur geflasht. Der beheizte Pool lässt einen auch im Oktober noch ausgiebig schwimmen und in den Betten schläft man traumhaft, deshalb haben wir sie uns auch abfotografiert, weil wir diese auch zuhause haben wollen😊 Strategisch war die Lage super für unsere Ausflüge. Uns waren die Nationalparke wichtig und diese konnte man von Podgradina gut erreichen. Das Velebit-Gebirge hat zudem die kalten Temperaturen aus dem Inland abgehalten, so dass wir auch Ende Oktober Temperaturen um die 24 Grad hatten und immer auf der Terrasse frühstücken konnten.

My family and I had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at this super tranquille and beautiful little Villa. The whole property was spotlessly clean, and Luka the host and his mother, made us feel very welcome. The pool was a nice size for us, if a little cold in May. Posedarje is a nice little quiet village. It was pre-season, so there wasn't much going on. But that suited us, as a quiet holiday was just what we hoped for. Zadar town was only a 30min drive in our Hire Car, for when we wanted a bit more excitement. This area of Croatia is very beautiful, with many little villages and mountains near by to explore. This super clean, little Villa is perfect for a small family. We made some great memories that we'll cherish. We hope to make a return visit someday. Thank you Luka!

Ubytování bylo moc pěkné a soukromé - 20 min od letiště i od moře. 10 minut od většího obchodu. Hostitelé byli pohotoví a velice přátelští, na ubytování nám nechali spoustu pití a jídla a poradili nám s čímkoliv jsme potřebovali. Moc se nám tam líbilo a děkujeme.
