A delightful seaside location 250m walk to our sunny Rustington beach. Relax on the beach, swim, wind surf, kayak, paddle board Hike and bike in the South Downs. Come & enjoy :)

Madehurst, Arundel cosy retreat in the South Downs

The cowshed is compact with main bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and bunk room There is no living room but guests can enjoy the outside table and chairs in the summer or take a rug up the garden and enjoy the spectacular views of the South Downs - it is fabulous and very peaceful with no WiFi. There is a flat screen tv and underfloor heating. Ideal for a family of 4, or for 4 adults it is quite cosy. Perfect for walkers and cyclists. We are very close to the Pig in the South Downs restaurant

We look forward to welcoming you to The Cottage, an annex of an 18th century house that we are renovating in the beautiful village of Slindon. We have plenty of off street parking and space to sleep up to 3 adults over 2 floors, coupled with an ever maturing garden. We are blessed to be only 15 minutes from the coast, close to the likes of the Goodwood estate and of course Arundel itself. Slindon is renowned for it quaint old cottages and endless walks.
