The Annexe is part of our beloved 17th century farmhouse in Biddestone village. Biddestone is a beautiful village and has the best fed ducks in Wiltshire. It is 12 miles from Bath, a 20 minute drive from Badminton and close to the historic villages of Castle Combe and Lacock. We have a friendly pub in the village - The White Horse - serving a traditional menu, and, contrary to online info, is open! The annexe is an old Cotswold stone building so please be aware that woodlice can be present.

The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. Cosy railway carriage for two!

Our railway carriage is a renovated 1930's goods wagon with rustic charm; tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside with easy access to Bath. It has an exclusive driveway and parking spot at the end of our two acre garden. You will approach the carriage through a short woodland walk which is lit at night. Accommodation consists of a sleeping pod with a standard double bed and ample storage; central living area with small leather sofa, log burner and kitchen pod with a seperate shower room.
