Our cozy cottage was built in 2016. It provides compact accommodation with most of the features you could need. Private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Private parking space and location close to nature. Exit from E6 at Mellby Center. There you will find Ica Maxi, pharmacy, café, restaurant and McDonalds - all at a distance of 200 meters from the cottage. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with the well-known, 12 km long sandy beach. There are many attractions in the nearby area and various activities within a comfortable driving distance.

The Caretaker

Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was built almost 100 years ago and the apartment was then home to the janitor's family. The apartment consists of a hall, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a well thought-out floor plan with high ceilings, an old-fashioned pantry and a large wardrobe, which has been renovated with durable solutions. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified bedding. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

A larger house and two smaller ones with a common patio make this house perfect for a large family. The large house is 110 sqm and has three bedrooms and two toilets. A large open living room with fully-equipped kitchen. Glazed conservatory that can be opened completely to the wooden deck. In the large bathroom there is a shower and bathtub, as well as a washing machine. In the medium-sized house, which is 25 sqm, there are four beds. A small kitchen and toilet & shower. In the shed there is sleeping space for three. Parties are not allowed

Exclusive house in Mellbystrand

Sit back and relax in this peaceful, elegant accommodation in wonderful & harmonious Mellbystrand close to Sweden's longest sandy beach (12 km). If you want to experience the pulse of Båstad during the Summer on festival or tennis week, it is only 15 minutes away! A trailer is set up just outside the property in which up to 5 children can sleep. If there is a need for a car (Tesla) or electric scooter, this can be rented during the stay, just one such thing. 😉 Please let us know in advance if you would like to borrow the car.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and private accommodation at bathing suit distance from the beach. In the spacious garden, you can follow the sun all day or find coolness under the tree. The sea is constantly present and glimpses between the pines. On the way back with a path leading down to the sea and salt dips, it is hard not to enjoy yourself. Attefallsstugan is modern and cozy, furnished with 3-4 beds. The greenhouse on the property is shared with other guests who rent the large cottage for certain periods.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.
