The guest house is located in a separate part of the garden in a peaceful area right down by the sea. Toilet, shower, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and hot-air oven, fridge, dishwasher and part of a freezer. A washing machine and dryer are located in the bathroom. Bed linens and towels are included. Outdoor furniture both on the "jetty" and on the leeward side. Just a 130-meter walk over the rocks down to the sea and the swimming area!

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families (maximum 3 people).
