Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Enjoy a stay in a true Danish classic, designed in 1966 and built in 1973. This boat is built in fiberglass, with interiors in Teak and mahogany with a focus on spaciousness. Enjoy life on the aft deck and the coziness of the evening in the salon. It is possible to heat the boat if it gets cool in the evening. Food cannot be heated on board. There is a refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and service. Towels, dish towels and bed linen are ready upon arrival. There are coffee capsules, toilet paper and hand soap.

My apartment is located in the center of Skovshoved with walking distance to the harbor. It's a 2-room apartment with direct access to a sunny courtyard. There's a barbecue in the yard. You can park for free in P-meter spaces, and there is a direct bus connection from the area to central Copenhagen every two hours.
