This little gem is perfect for both the family of 4, or him/her who is in the area because of business. The wooden cottage is a guest house in our garden, so you should expect that we will use the garden ourselves while you rent the cottage. This apartment is not a typical basement apartment, but a bright, newly renovated and cozy apartment with large windows, exposed beams and its own kitchen and bathroom. From the apartment, you can look out into the garden with a small garden pond and to the other side out to the courtyard with garden furniture, which you are welcome to use. The apartment consists of a bedroom of 18 m2 with 2 beds of 160 cm and 140 cm, a hallway, bathroom and kitchen with dining area. Dogs welcome. Close to the S-train.

The home is located in Irmabyen in Rødovre. 8 minutes by bus to one of Denmark's largest shopping centers, with many restaurants and cafes. The area offers green areas with a playground. There is free parking. Remember to park in the middle of the parking space. Charging stations for electric cars. 150 meters to 2 grocery stores and 2 restaurants. Bus connection 200 meters from the apartment to Copenhagen city center, it takes about 40 minutes by bus and Metro. It is 8 km to the center of Copenhagen.

The guest suite has its own cozy little garden and a bathroom with a washing machine. There can be two adults. The bed measures 200 x 140 cm. There is tableware, an electric kettle, refrigerator and toaster. There is no kitchen. As the home is very close to Herlev station, the train can be heard. We have a well-behaved dog in our part of the garden, which you may meet on the way into the guest suite. You are very welcome. However, we do not want anyone other than you in the home.
