You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Lovely cottage 200 m from the fjord, Skaven beach

Sit back and relax in our quiet and cozy cottage. We have renovated our cottage in lovely calm colors and added a lot of personality and coziness. We have made an effort to preserve the old and cozy cottage style. We can highlight the large covered terrace to the south, which is almost always sheltered and the beautiful outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. We offer accommodation in our new guesthouse. The guesthouse is best suited for a couple, as well as a couple plus a child. It is possible to be a couple plus a child and a baby. The guest house has a private entrance and is with a full kitchen as well as a bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and sleeping area are a large room, but the sleeping area is separated by half a wall. There is a large garden with child-friendly playground. It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Helt unik bolig lige ved vandkanten. Meget rolige omgivelser i lille landsby. Her er der mulighed for afslapning med skøn udsigt til søen og den omkring liggende natur. Huset er ikke for gangbesværede. Trappen til 1. sal er stejl! Hvis aircondition benyttes koster dette 2,5 kr. pr. kw. Elmåler til aircondition aflæses ved ankomst og afrejse. Beløbet afregnes kontant ved afrejsen.
