House vacation rentals in Skopelos

It is a fantastic place. Private, no neighbors, great ocean view. Excellent quality furniture, beds, shower. Insect screens on all windows and doors. Modern Aircon. Four different places to sit outside: Always a place in the sun or shade. Great sunbeds. Good pool. Excellent TV. Great WiFi. 10 minutes by car to Panormos and 15 to Skopelos City. Last 150 m to the house is gravel road, but no problem at all, even for a small rented car. It was a fantastic stay.

We had an amazing stay at Avgeri Villa! Vicky was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The villa was spotless, and the quiet surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The beautiful view was a highlight of our trip, offering a serene backdrop for our mornings and evenings. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! We had a wonderful week at the villa. We jumped into the pool soon after arriving and felt so calm and relaxed in such a homely retreat, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees in a beautifully tended garden. It was a delight to watch the fabulous swallows swooping by the pool. The beach is in walking distance, as are several beachside restaurants and a little supermarket. Staying in mid-June, the beach was not that busy, and my partner and I really enjoyed quiet early morning swims in the lovely deep water. We visited other bays and went into Skopelos Town during our stay and always felt very happy to return to Pamormos to Vila Geraki. Eva was very helpful in arranging a car hire for us before we arrived and advised helpfully on various travel queries and was so welcoming when we arrived. We felt well looked after and will remember our trip for years to come.

Everything was perfect for us. We stayed here for one week and loved the privacy of the apartment and especially the view. The apartment ist really beautiful and has everything we needed. The pool was a great plus as well! You definitely need a car to get there and you should be an advanced driver for the road up there but also for the entrance to the apartment (very steep and narrow - depending on the rented car kind of hard to turn around the car in there so we decided to drive in there backwards after two days which worked way better for us) Overall - we would definitively come back it was one of the best airbnb experiences we had so far! Dimitri’s and his whole team was also really helpful the whole time :)

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt! Der Blick vom Haus und vom Pool aus auf Skopelos Stadt und die Bucht ist wunderschön - man genießt absolute Ruhe. Der Pool liegt den ganzen Tag über in der Sonne - wir haben ihn jeden Tag morgens und nachmittags genutzt. Stylianos und sein Team (Andreas und Lory) waren jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit - vielen Dank dafür🙏🏻😊 Bei unserer Ankunft lagen Getränke und etwas zu essen im Kühlschrank als Erstversorgung bereit. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist nicht ganz einfach, besonders der letzte Abschnitt führt über eine holprige, unbefestigte Straße. Man gewöhnt sich allerdings schnell daran. Auf dem Weg nach Skopelos Stadt (5-10 Minuten) findet man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Obst und Gemüsehändler) und eine Reihe von Restaurants und Tavernen. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne und erholsame Urlaubswoche auf Skopelos verbracht.

We had a wonderful time at Elia Cottage. Its a perfect location and setting - so peaceful and quiet, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful gardens. A car is definitely recommended to explore the island, but if you wanted a week of relaxation at the cottage it's not necessary. The cottage is perfect, with everything you could need, and more. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot and powerful, and the pool is such a treat. Sally is a fantastic host and we would love to stay here again in the future.

The villa was amazing, it was clean and well equipped. Manolis/ his team met us at the port and showed us the way to the villa when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. A very homely and comfortably furnished apartment. The crown is a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The apartment has three floors and a lot of stairs, but the whole city is full of them :). I would come here again and I can recommend this to others as well. Thank you Magdalini, Christina and Yiannis for this experience.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, George went above and beyond, he even waited for us at the bus station, which was such a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us with anything we needed. The accommodation was perfect, cool and comfortable inside, even when it was very hot outside. The location was also ideal, with taverns, shops, restaurants, and the sea all within walking distance. Even on our departure day, he waited with us for the taxi at 7 AM, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place and host, thank you for everything!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement typique de l île où Alexandra nous a très bien accueilli, nous indiquant un point de rencontre facile d acces en voiture. Le logement est bien situé, proche du port, ce qui etait pratique pour reprendre le ferry. Logement tres bien equipé et propre. Des petites attentions fort appréciable, comme du café grec, de l eau minerale fraiche. Pas de probleme de moustiques! Avec une terrasse qui donne une vue magnifique! bien qu on en ait pas vraiment profité, en raison du court sejour. Merci à Alexandra qui est arrangeante et reactuve! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

I've had plenty of great hosts, but Theodora is an exceptional host. I felt like she truly cared that we were comfortable (we were) and felt right at home (we did). The house is in a perfect location, on many islands you may not want to be in the Chora, but in Alonyssos it works very well and the town has plenty of moments of complete quiet. It also has plenty of café life nearby which we enjoyed. Thank you, thank you Theodora, we hope to come back to visit some day!

I had a lovely week staying at Agapi’s beautiful home. The patio was private and peaceful and had great views as well. The streets can get confusing but luckily the house is very close to a local restaurant which has sign posts around the town to help you find that, so that made it incredibly easy to find after being out and about. It was the perfect location - only a 5 minute walk to local shops, cafes and the seafront whilst still being peaceful. Agapi was very welcoming and helpful, and she let me know in advance when she would be round to water plants and change bed linens and towels. I would definitely recommend staying at Agapi’s Airbnb in Skopelos!

Yanna was a terrific host and very keen to help out with all our questions and needs. She was also proactive in suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house is beautiful and the views from the three balconies stunning. The only downside was that public transport (one bus line to Skopelos Town at infrequent times) was insufficient to explore all parts of the island or even to go food shopping, so car rental was necessary, even though Yanna offered to give us lifts, when she was free. This was however easy and economic to arrange in Loutraki. We would certainly rent this property again!

Had the most amazing stay! The location was incredible, and the place was perfectly charming. Host went above and beyond and actually even picked us up from the airport. She also greeted with us with a bottle of wine and fresh orange juice. Had a perfectly charming porch off the master bedroom that I wish we could’ve used, but we were just too busy :-) Absolutely would stay again and highly highly recommend.!

Die Wohnung von Alexandros liegt wunderschön oberhalb der kleinen Kirche am Rande vo Skopelos-Stadt. Eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind nach wenigen Schritten (Treppen) zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut - es ist alles Wichtige vorhanden. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Dachterrasse. Der Blick von hier auf Stadt und Hafen ist phantastisch.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is located in the centre of Glossa and has a beautiful view of the sea! The apartment has everything we needed and was super clean and spacious. Christos was the most amazing host as he provided us with loads of recommendations, helpful information, and even booked us our taxis to and from the port. Really recommend staying here !!! Comenzando con la cordial bienvenida de Despoina - fue muy simpática en recibirnos personalmente y guiarnos hasta la casa que queda en la cima de un cerrito muy cerca de Skopelos. La casa es preciosa totalmente nueva, muy estilosa y con una vista espectacular… además es muy tranquilo. Muchas gracias por todo 🙏

A beautiful place!

This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! The kitchen is very well equipped, the living area is small but lovely, the bedroom is beautiful and the pool is gorgeous and always looks so inviting. The area is quiet but within easy driving distance of Skopelos Town, the taxis are readily available and the bus passes by every couple of hours which makes it very easy. Pandelis was so communicative and had many local recommendations for us - he also brought us two Skopelos pies that his mother cooked for us which were absolutely phenomenal. Honestly, we can’t recommend this place highly enough, it’s the perfect place to stay!

Located in the centre of the old port of Skopolos, Liviana House exudes charm. Modern, beautifully decorated with sensational views of the harbor and surrounding hills. It is perfect location for exploring the village and with easy parking options it's fantastic centre point for exploring the gorgeous beaches, restaurants and interest points on the island. Church Bells, doves, soft music and the tread of feet on ancient cobble stones surround you. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it and stay there again. We were met off the ferry and guided to the house by Babis. He kindly helped us with our luggage and gave many great recommendations on what to see and do on the island and the immediate surrounds.

Hospitality at the greatest! Can’t have enough words to describe my experience at Ioannis house! The house is large for a family 2+2, extremely clean and equipped with anything a family needs. The place itself is isolated and surrounding by wonderful landscape, easy to find by car. Ioannis and Christina are amazing hosts, the greatest I met so far, very friendly and always trying to help with anything. Ioannis brought for us water and anything we might think for a breakfast. The bathrooms are large, with brand soaps and shampoos. I will insist on the hosts, they were amazing. They send us the ferry schedule in advance, recommended beaches and restaurants, in one day Ioannis brought us some super tasty local sweets from Chora. This place was perfect for us and I believe other guests will find it the same.

Wehad a wonderful stay at Maison Mariel in Skopelos! The accommodation was spotless and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. One of the best parts was its central location, just a short walk from everything, charming shops, local restaurants, and the harbour. It was the perfect base for exploring the island. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and conveniently located place to stay!

En Pandelis ha estat sempre molt atent. Ens ha ajudat molt amb els ferries, taxi aquàtic, cotxe de lloguer, transport al port, i ens ha donat un munt d’informació i aconseguit bons preus. Ens hem sentit molt ben tractats La casa estava en un lloc difícilment millorable, molt neta i endreçada. Qualsevol petit inconvenient ha estat ràpidament solucionat Moltíssimes gràcies Pandelis!
