You will have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the opportunity to store things in a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. Cold drinks can be purchased for DKK 5 and wine for DKK 35. Pay in cash or MobilePay.

The loft is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - changing pad in the bathroom. Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.

You can bring a horse, which will be able to come in a fold or/and in a box. We have good fishing opportunities in Ribe River, ask upon arrival. There are 6 km of amazing nature inwards from the dike (bike/walk) into Ribe city center. Fire pit, outdoor pizza oven and shelter must be used during the stay.
