The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Alpinloft - Modernes Appartement mit Tiroler Flair

A loft lets everything be open. That's what we're all about: plenty of space, an unobstructed view upwards, and a beautiful view over the meadows of our village. In the loft, you can stretch out, breathe deeply, and gaze at the sky. It's very bright and welcoming, modern, and a great place to live. We've chosen the best: a double bed with a comfortable mattress for a deep sleep; kitchen with all stuff when cooking for your loved one; a leather couch; and warm organic oak floors. Welcome!

Zentrale helle Kellerwohnung (kl. Terrasse Sommer)

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft nur 5 Minuten vom Zentrum. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Die Einzimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Kellergeschoss, verfügt aber über einen grossen Lichtschacht. Ausgestattet mit separatem Bad mit Dusche/WC, kleiner Küche mit Backofen, Kaffemaschine und Kühlschrank. Ausserdem gemütliches Doppelbett, perfekt für 2 Erwachsene. Der grosse Lichtschacht verfügt über Terassenmöbel. Leider keine Aussicht aber direkt an der Schibushaltestelle.

Unser Appartment Bergblick lädt zum verweilen und wohlfühlen ein. Urlaub inmitten der Berge mit Blick auf’s Schloss Itter. Mitten in der Natur und doch nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Einstieg in die Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental / Kitzbühler Alpen/ Ellmis Zauberwelt und vieles mehr, perfekt für die ganze Familie.
