Beautiful newly built Lodge which allows space for 4 guests 1 bedroom 1 sofa bed, bathroom , overlooking a large pond. Private access with ample parking. Large decked area, enclosed hot tub (available as an extra), picnic table with large fire pit, large dog walking area down the field when conditions allow. Very private and secluded. All electric in the lodge. Far reaching views to the Yorkshire Wolds. York is approx 10 miles, local village with a Co-op and pubs/restaurants is 2 miles away.

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
