Vacation rentals in Skinaria

We had a wonderful stay at the tiny house! The attention to detail on how the house is built and decorated is impeccable. On top of that, all the essentials are provided such as oil, pepper & salt, washing pods for dishwasher and washing machine, the host even provided some period pads (!), etc. The view is breathtaking and very private, the Askos Stone Park is right in front of the house so you’re really immersed into Zakynthos’ nature. This place is a hidden gem and really worth booking.

A lovely home. Roads are fairly narrow right there at it, but we didn’t have any trouble because there was limited traffic. The owner met us at the house to let us in late at night. We booked the same day we arrived and they were extremely flexible. They even brought us water bottles. We did have trouble navigating the hot water for showers. It’s possible we just didn’t listen well enough to the process as it was explained to us, but the next morning we were not able to get warm showers although the night before the water was warm. The exterior of the home was unsuspecting and we were pleasantly surprised with the interior. It looked like the pictures. I would not let the exterior of the home, deter you from staying here at all. We heard some chickens in the night and learned the next morning they were right outside the window. You may hear a dog barking too. There was a distant view of the sea from the balcony. It’s also really easy access to things to do in the area.

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a family of 5. The interior and furnishings are very stylish and we loved our time here, the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! There is lots of restaurants and places to go within a short distance of the property and the beaches are beautiful. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend to all who wish to stay on this lovely island.

The place was more beautiful than we could have imagined. Not only did we have a great view and a terrace but the two beaches in the accommodation are amazing! The owners are super friendly and their restaurant, which is right above us, had the best - and most affordable - food around! Overall great experience, we for sure want to come back!

Beautiful, rustic cottage with a very big garden that provides privacy and peace. The cottage is even nicer than in the photos. You can walk to the sea in a moment in a swimsuit and return to the cottage for something at any time. The stone descent to the sea is safe. 5 minutes from the cottage there is a beautiful, small beach hidden among rocky cliffs (you have to go through the seaside beach bar). It is surprisingly close to restaurants and shops. Mary answers very quickly to all the stupidest questions and requests :) It was a very nice stay

We had a wonderful stay! You have so much privacy, just nature and the sea. We recovered so well and enjoyed the view of the sea from the terrace and even from the bed. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. We lacked nothing. In a few minutes you can reach some taverns/restaurants by car. The private access to the sea is perfect and the water is wonderfully clear. It was a super relaxing stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

I booked this for our honeymoon. Firstly, as the host made this clear, advised to hire a car unless you plan to stay in for most of your time. This is because the walking distances from this place is a bit much, and quite hilly. From the moment I got to the place, I instantly loved it. If not, it was far better than the pictures. I was surprised at how clean the place was, and how well maintained it was, with cleaners attending everyday. The pool was absolutely clean. The host was responsive. Even left us a welcome wine bottle, even though we don’t drink, but it was nice of them to leave one. The cleaners were lovely, and set the bed up for us in a heart shape, which was a cute touch. The views from this villa are insane. The local beach is Makris Gialos, which is one of my favourite beaches. I travelled to most beaches, but this one is defo my favourite. The local food is lovely. People have been really friendly. I would definitely be booking this villa again. Thank you host! 10/10

We had a wonderful time! The apartment is beautiful and has an excellent kitchen. The view is just as amazing as it is on the photos. Στελιος was very welcoming and helped make our time special! I highly recommend staying here! :)
