For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

The cabin has an outdoor toilet and there is no electricity and water in the cabin. It provides a unique opportunity to live a little easier and connect to life, nature and moments. During the winter months you can fire in the fireplace, fish, ice swim, ski and ice skate or just enjoy the tranquility of the forest!

For the greatest nature experience, you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the lush canals just around the corner. 10 minutes from the shopping center.

A small bedroom with a single bed. (Hems with mattresses on the floor) Large plot with shoreline, pier and small boat. The cabin is at the end of the road. (No walk-through) Possibility of fishing. Rich bird life. The cabin is only 10 minutes drive to Mysen and 25 minutes from Sweden and 1 hour from Oslo. No TV or wifi.
