A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the small boat harbor with cozy cafes, ice cream, and restaurants is a stone's throw away. In the guest house there is everything you need for a your stay, a 32 inch TV with chromecast, fast wifi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Malmö is a perfect city for cycling, and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to us!

Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

It takes less than 10 min by bus to Hyllie station, Emporia shopping centre, Malmömässan, and Malmö Arena. To drive to Malmö city center takes 15 - 20 min.

Cozy guest house on the premises for rent. There is a private patio and if you come with children, they can of course both bounce in our trampoline and play in the garden's climbing frame. Biking distance to beach, golf and restaurants. The cottage is quite small and accommodates a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm) when it is made up. It is possible to sleep 2 children in the sofa bed. The kitchen is a kitchenette, perfect for breakfast and simple cooking.

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.
