In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. We live in a summer village, therefore some noise may occur in the evenings

During Falsterbo Horse Show week, July 4-12, the guest house is rented only to one and the same tenant. The guesthouse is dimensioned for 4 people, with a double bed and two single beds upstairs, however, there is also a comfortable sofa downstairs to sleep in, which makes me accept 5 guests.
