The apartment is 45 sqm and adjacent to it there is a patio of another 50 sqm with ping pong table. Large garden with both evening and morning sun and access to a large child-friendly pool of 40 sqm. In the kitchen, there is everything you need. Parking. Nature offers proximity to nice forests and seas and only a 10-minute walk to the beach restaurant and Höllvikens tennis club.

It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
