Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Picturesque Skanör harbor with restaurants is within 15 minutes by bike. This modern Attefallshus of 30 sqm with its own patio and parking is located on a quiet dead-end street. Loft with a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed (160 cm), private kitchen and toilet/shower, as well as a TV with streaming services. 2 bicycles available if needed.
