Possibilities for renting a barbecue, canoe, SUP and rowboat upon agreement. There is a short way to Harstad/Narvik Evenes airport, 13 km. To the center of Evenskär it is 3 km.

The place consists of a main cabin and an annex with large plating that connects both cabins. 10 minutes from Bjerkvik, and 25 minutes from Narvik. Sunny terrace in summer, or fire pit under the northern lights in winter.

The accommodation is very warm, the kitchen was very well equipped, the view was breathtaking and the area was quiet. Jonn came by a few times by bike to greet us and make sure everything was okay! The only downside is that the front door didn't lock from the inside or the outside despite the fact that there was a key. Fortunately, the area is quiet so we weren't too afraid of being robbed.

The cabin is not new and you should not expect any super comfort. Despite this, the house has all the amenities: hot water, electricity, toilet, bathroom, etc. It was very nice that there were freezers in the basement, we were able to freeze and take us to Estonia😃. No one ever writes about this for some reason. In general, the house is exactly equal to price=quality. We may even come back.

Overall adjective could be hospitable! Karin's comnunication, apartment's tidiness etc. was very fine! Also, it was welcoming, for example there were coffee, chocolate bar, games, necessary things for cooking and so on waiting for you. Pleasurable experience by all means, and easy to recommend!

I spent a week in the apartment and liked it very much! The bed is comfy, the sofa is big and the view is just amazing. If you are lucky you can see the Northern Lights directly from the apartment. The kitchen was missing a few basics in my opinion (kettle and cutting board) but as everything else went really good and Malin was very responsive I will still give a 5 star review. 🙂
