Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Small cottage on a large natural plot close to Gudenåen

The cottage is simple and personally decorated. Still with some of the atmosphere from '67 when it was built. It is located on a large natural plot (3,000 m2) in a protected cottage area, close to Gudenåen with access to a common area with a jetty and its own canoe. The forest, Mossø and the heather hills are just around the corner. On the property, there is an annex that we ourselves have for our products. Sverre is a ceramist and Anne Mette is a weaver. We live (and work) in the neighboring house and are always available when we are home.

Gudenå Annex

Relax with family in this peaceful home close to Gudenåen. We are a family of two adults, and our children, aged 4-10, who rent out our extra guest house/annex in the garden. You will enter inside our private garden, and will during your stay with us, sharing the garden with us as a common area. There is also the possibility that you can be a little more yourself, as you will have your own terrace attached to the annex. Of course, we respect it if you want it to be more private, but there may be children playing in the garden.😊

The home is part of our property from the 1870s and was originally an old stable, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg, and Skanderborg. So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex.
