The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

The square is surrounded by historic stone buildings with balconies and windows, illuminated by soft evening lights. A large clock tower stands prominently, with a backdrop of the mountainous terrain. Outdoor seating areas beneath awnings create a welcoming space for patrons.

This stunning apartment became a ruin after the 1979 earthquake and after 42 years it's been given back the charm and character that adds to the charisma of Kotol Old Town. The apartment is located near the back entrance where there was once a swing bridge that was used to service the old town homes , restuarants and hotels. The apartment is close to great restaurants, pubs and within walking distance to beaches ,shops and public transport. A real gem that will not disappoint you.
