Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Walking distance to restaurants, kiosk, padel/tennis courts, mini golf as well as cafe and service shop within the camping area Råbocka. 200 meters to long sand beach. Bed linens (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers) and towels are brought yourself.

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

For those of you who like to cycle, Kattegattleden is around the corner, and there is plenty of room for parking if you come by car. A nice place for a peaceful and pleasant stay! On the property, there is another house but you have separate gardens.

The cottage is located within cycling distance from beautiful Västersjön, which offers swimming at a number of swimming areas as well as fishing.

Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.
