Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is the possibility of sun in the morning and evening. The villa has an outdoor shelter, fireplace, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with a constant temperature of at least 35 degrees. The villa was completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. The villa has, among other things, 3 bedrooms, two toilets with, among other things, Bathtub. The villa is also close to downtown and the harbor. Car can be rented.

Spectacular views from a historic house by the sea

Spectacular views of the ocean ! “Dreyers Hus” is built on the very nothern tip of Denmark. This Historic House from 1921 will accommodate you in splendid natural surroundings. The villa has been in our family for 3 generations and we try to take very good care of all the details that was once made by my grandfather, Carl Dreyer who was a wine merchant, hotel owner, magician and a passionate hunter with bow and arrow with a tremendous respect of nature and animal preservation. This house is indeed like no other !

Nice spacious cottage with sea view.

The home is of high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the lovely swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and the beach, which you can reach on a brisk walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside town of Lønstrup to do the day's shopping. There is also a nice selection of restaurants and shops.

Viewing house with good amenities

The house is centrally located in Aalborg with cycling distance to everything. From the house there are views over most of the city, so you can sit in the lounge on the balcony and enjoy the view. There is a ping-pong table, foosball, basketball hoop and training room, so there is plenty of opportunity for entertainment. On the 1st floor there is a hot tub in the bathroom. Also from here, there's a nice view. There is a small chicken coop in the backyard, so you can pick up fresh eggs for breakfast :)

Apartment (B1) on Toftegarden Guesthouse

4-5 person apartment (Ancher) with livingroom, 2 separately bedrooms, own entrance. Television (international channels), kitchen with full equipment. Toilet/bath inside the apartment. Free wifi, parking and Fitness. Towels / linen,cleaning on departure included. Breakfast is included, we offer a traditional Danish breakfast buffé during high season (from easter week until week 42) and during the rest of the year, breakfast (or takeaway) is served at Rådhusbageren which is close to Toftegården.

This house is our magical “summer dream” and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do 💗 It’s the perfect setting for a great family holiday. Only a 5 min. walk to the beach down a lovely path and just a few minutes driving to Ålbæk town and 20 min. to Skagen. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, activity room, open kitchen and dining space and livingroom as well as a terrace with a garden around it with a playground and sandbox. It also has a sauna, outdoor bath and wood-fired hot tub.

The main house has a kitchen-all-room, bathroom and toilet, back room with washing machine and dryer, and 3 rooms on 1 floor. I will be staying in the extension myself. I have 2 peaceful white sheepdogs and 3 cats The house is located in the old town with a well-functioning playground “Pletten” nearby. 1 km to shopping and 10 km to a good beach (see Pia's guidebook for more experiences) As for pets, I can make exceptions. Inquire when booking. No smoking allowed inside the house

Cozy older house

Large, older charming home on 3 floors. Within walking distance of grocery store, pizzeria and Højens school with playground and soccer fields. There is a dog forest, dog field, forest and lake within walking distance. About 3 km to the large Dana Cup area. Pets are allowed here. The beach is about 15 minutes from the house by car. There are trampolines and games in the garden. There is some exercise equipment in the basement that may be used at your own risk.

Villa close to forest, beach and city

A villa with all the furniture of 160 sqm with 3.5 rooms + bedroom with private bathroom (sleeps 8 people) and an extra bathroom, both with shower. A small cozy south-facing outdoor room/terrace, located just outside the kitchen, it is used as the primary residence in spring, summer and autumn. There is a washing machine and dryer available. Large enclosed garden with fireplace and space for games and the like. There's a charcoal and gas grill.
