From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

The area offers a lot of lovely nature, with forests and rivers, as well as lovely eateries. The building also houses a shop, tailor workshop & private residence. It's approximately 45 minutes to the German border. The house has two bedrooms, a loft and a kitchen family room with access to terrace and outdoor kitchen with gas grill. If you drive an electric car, you can charge with type 2 or CEE connectors in the driveway. Welcome!

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.
