Villassa on 3 makuuhuonetta, takallinen olohuone, kompakti keittiö ja kylpyhuone polttavalla WC:llä. Majoittuu enintään 5 henkilöä. Sjarmerende, liten tømmerhytte rett ved elva. Hytta har bare ett rom, med en køyeseng, spisebord med to stoler, tv på veggen, kjøkkenbenk med vask (uten innlagt vann, se lenger ned i teksten), kjøleskap og varmeovn. Utenfor hytta er det en platting med bord og benk. Toalett og kjøkken finner man i servicebygget 20 meter fra hytta. Det er ikke innlagt vann på selve hytta, dette må hentes enten i den lille bua rett ovenfor hytta, eller inne på kjøkkenet på servicebygget.

Hytta har ikke innlagt strøm og vann, men oppgradert anlegg slik at det er 12V, 230v, varmt og kaldt vann i springen. Koketopp og stekeovn på gass. Minimum 22 år for leie.
