To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. Adorable Tiny House in a woodsy setting but just 3 minutes to Old Town. You can often hear the ocean in the evenings and frogs abundant in the Winter and Spring. We live on the front property with our 2 little boys, a dog, chickens, ducks and kitties.
