Casa Rosmarino awaits you in the foothills of Parma, in the Carrega Woods Park, in a beautiful and peaceful panoramic setting. The house is part of a rustic and located within a small private village where you will find peace, tranquility and wonderful sunsets on the gullies. The excellent location offers the possibility to play on an 18-hole golf course just 3.2 km away, visit fortresses and castles: Parma, Sala Baganza, Torrechiara, Fontanellato, organize walks and excursions.

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
